GCC Group subsidiary GCA (Gawade Construction Associates) started industrial EPC construction in 1999. In 2001-02, the GCA constructed 100 ownership flats & 12 Shops for Mahindra Gesco Corporation Ltd. at Chinchwad MIDC, Pune. GCA has been awarded with 'Well Built Structures 2002, award in the field of Township' organized by 'Builder's Association of India' for the said project.

GCA team consists of qualified professionals, the Group's sole aim is to complete projects within a time frame while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Before commencing on a project, the team at GCA understands the client's requirements, their budget and timeframe. In 2009, the company got the opportunity to work with international giant, Coca Cola India Pvt. Ltd. The task at hand was to construct the Beverage Quality Laboratory at Pirangut, in Pune. It is an acknowledgement of our abilities that this project was granted to us.

We honoured the client's confidence by completing the project within the stipulated timeframe and as per the exact requirements of the client. Every bit of the project, including the reporting, financial planning and executing project undertaken by GCA. Adhering to these principles, GCA has led to repetitive contracts from clients that include Shakti Roofing, Yoshika Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Sai Service Station, Sushrut Surgical Ltd, The Poona Diocesan Corporation, and Sahyadri Industries Ltd.

The aim today is to increase industrial EPC construction business by three folds in the coming two years. In the last 14 years, the GCA has successfully completed various bungalows, residential complexes, factory buildings, industrial EPC complexes, automobile showrooms, institutional buildings, corporate offices, churches, shops and many more. The GCA has carried out land development for institutional buildings, churches, education.
